When will I hear from Luxe Destinations?
You will be contacted via email within 24-48 business hours after submitting the form found under the “Travel Request Form” tab found on the top right of the page. If you do not hear from me, please check your spam folder or send an email to luxedestinations.hayls@gmail.com
Can I book just accommodations?
Yes! While Luxe Destinations encourages clients to book a package which includes at least two of the following (accommodations, transfers and flights), we can help locate and book accommodations, flights, excursions and more.
What will my itinerary look like?
Itinerary’s will be provided through a mobile format that allows you to receive live flight updates, access trip documents and itineraries, and allows seamless communication right through your phone.
How many revisions am I permitted?
Two revisions are permitted after receiving the initial copy of your itinerary.
Are there any fees?
Luxe Destinations requires a booking fee of $50 per person. This is a small business designed to attract serious clients and protect agents from those who may only use these services for initial planning. This fee covers my time, expertise, and administrative costs associated with planning and managing trips. I invest significant time in research, itinerary planning, booking reservations, and providing personalized services.
